A specialist group of three accountable divisions.

Royal Asset Services operates across the Sydney metropolitan area, bringing together Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Asset Services under unified contract management and a single account team.

Our model is built for clients managing multi-site portfolios who need a single accountable partner rather than a roster of disconnected vendors — and who measure providers on consistency, reporting and the discipline to deliver to the same standard every shift.

The parent group provides unified contract management, account ownership and reporting. Each division operates with its own specialist supervision, training pathways and operating standards.

This structure means clients deal with one account manager and one reporting framework — but the work on the ground is delivered by trades-led teams who specialise in their discipline.

Divisions share systems, scheduling and compliance documentation, so a multi-service site is mobilised, supervised and reported as a single program rather than three parallel contracts.

Growth is deliberate. We add capacity only as standards can be maintained, and we keep supervision ratios tight so quality doesn’t drift as portfolios scale.
